==Synopsis==
\atop

==Description==
\over is the basic TeX command for stacking mathematical text. Printing
 a\atop b
produces the stack <math>a\atop b</math>. Grouping may be required to make sure that not too much is included. A good rule of thumb is to simply put braces around any such stack as in
 {a\atop b}
